Our mission is to enrich the community by organizing concerts, exhibitions, and cultural activities that inspire, educate, and connect. Focused on early childhood education through music and research, we explore how art shapes individual and community growth. We take a holistic approach to educating both children and adults, supporting artists, and fostering collaborations that build creativity and strengthen community through the arts.

Meet the Team
President
Milos Bjelica
Milos Bjelica is a Serbian-born, Boston-based clarinetist and educator, known for his dynamic performances as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral player across Europe and the U.S.
He has performed in renowned venues like Berlin Philharmonic Hall and Kolarac Hall, as well as unconventional spaces such as public parks and metro stations, making music accessible to wider audiences. Milos has won numerous awards and is dedicated to innovative teaching and community outreach, including music programs for children and performances in hospitals.
He holds a DMA from Boston University and advanced degrees from the Longy School of Music and the University of Belgrade.
Director
Marina Lazetic
Marina Lazetić is a researcher and writer specializing in displacement and borderlands. She is the Director of Programs at the Center on Forced Displacement and editor of the Critical Forced Displacement Magazine.
As a co-principal investigator, she explores EU and US border regimes with colleagues at Boston University. Her upcoming edited volume, "Mexico-US, Serbia-EU Border Lives and Works," will be published by Anthem Press in December 2024.
With over a decade of experience in research, teaching, and peacebuilding, Marina co-leads an annual interdisciplinary summer school on forced displacement. She holds an MA from The Fletcher School and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Tufts University.

Neda Aleksic
Neda Aleksić is a pianist, educator, and researcher specializing in early childhood development through music and movement.
She co-founded Artysh™in Belgrade, Serbia, and co-created the Baby Artysh interactive concert© concept. Currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Zagreb, Neda focuses on the impact of music and movement on early childhood development. With 15 years of teaching experience, she has won multiple piano awards and performed across Europe. Neda holds advanced degrees in piano performance and has trained at The Karl Orff Institute in Salzburg and the Dalcroze Institute in Barcelona.
